Exclusive Supply Agreements allow builders to feel part of our success while at the same time guaranteeing them the best possible pricing.

Here's how it works:

Builders express their interest in an exclusive relationship with FINESSE. We then sign an agreement that outlines a fixed margin on costs so that the builder knows exactly how much money we make on every job. We do this in return for exclusivity over every job the builder undertakes that involves products which we are able to supply i.e. everything to do with flooring. The labor rates we charge in an ESA relationship are typically 20% less than of our normal rates which is very attractive to builders.
